Welcome to Twilight Villa.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly request that you read and follow the House Rules below. These guidelines help us maintain the villa, protect the property, and provide every guest with a pleasant and memorable experience.

By confirming a booking and staying at Twilight Villa, the primary guest and all accompanying guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these House Rules and Property Policies. Failure to comply may result in refusal of check-in, cancellation or termination of the stay without refund, recovery of damages, and/or additional charges, where applicable.

Property Rules

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior approval, availability, and applicable charges.

Guest Identification

A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Passport, or Voter ID) is mandatory for all adult guests at the time of check-in.

Occupancy & Visitors

The maximum occupancy permitted is strictly as per the confirmed booking.
Additional visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted without prior written approval from the management.

Noise Policy

Twilight Villa is situated within a gated residential community. We request all guests to respect the peace and privacy of neighbouring residents.
Loud music outdoors is strictly prohibited.
Soft music may be played outdoors until 10:00 PM only.
After 10:00 PM, music may only be played indoors at a low volume.
DJs, large sound systems, or professional audio equipment are not permitted on the premises.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, including all bedrooms and indoor areas.
Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas and are requested to dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

Prohibited Activities

Consumption or possession of illegal substances, narcotics, or weapons is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Any rowdy, abusive, disruptive, or unlawful behaviour may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the villa, furniture, fixtures, appliances, décor, or amenities during their stay. The cost of repair, replacement, restoration, or professional cleaning may be recovered from the security deposit or charged separately where applicable.

Property Information

Twilight Villa is located within a peaceful gated community in Igatpuri and is best suited for families and groups seeking a relaxing getaway.
The villa has a built-up area of approximately 1,900 sq. ft. and features three air-conditioned bedrooms, each measuring approximately 11.5 ft × 11.5 ft.
The private swimming pool measures approximately 18 ft × 12 ft.
Listing photographs are captured using a wide-angle lens to showcase the complete space. Actual dimensions are as specified above.
The living room and all bedrooms are fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
Being surrounded by nature, occasional insects or mosquitoes may be present, particularly during the monsoon season.
A caretaker is available between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM to assist guests during their stay.
A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests who wish to prepare their own meals.
Cook or chef services are not available. Guests are welcome to order food from nearby restaurants, and the caretaker can assist with coordinating deliveries.
A barbecue setup is available on request at an additional charge for self-grilling only. Cooking assistance is not provided.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Internet speeds may vary depending on network coverage, service provider performance, and weather conditions.
Complimentary parking is available within the property premises for up to 2–3 private vehicles.
In the event of a power outage, generator backup is available. Air conditioners and other high-power electrical appliances may not operate on generator power. Additional charges may apply for extended generator usage.

Pool & Outdoor Guidelines

Pool timings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
The swimming pool is unsupervised and is used entirely at the guests’ own risk.
Parents and guardians are solely responsible for supervising children at all times.
Eating or drinking inside the pool or around the pool edge is not permitted.
Glassware is not permitted in or around the pool area.
Running, diving into shallow areas, rough play, or unsafe behaviour around the pool should be avoided.
No DJs or large sound systems are permitted anywhere on the premises.
Guests are advised not to use the swimming pool after consuming excessive alcohol or while under the influence of any intoxicating substances.
Any behaviour that disturbs neighbours or compromises the safety or comfort of others may result in the management restricting access to the pool or terminating the stay.

Pet Rules

We are delighted to welcome your furry companions. To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, please follow these pet guidelines:

Pets are strictly not permitted inside the swimming pool or any water body.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Our caretakers are not responsible for pet waste.
Please wipe off mud and dirt from your pet before entering the villa.
Guests are responsible for feeding their own pets.
Please do not feed pets on carpets, rugs, sofas, beds, linens, or other furnishings.
Guests must ensure that pets do not scratch, chew, stain, or otherwise damage furniture, walls, doors, or any other property.
Any damage or additional cleaning required due to pets will be chargeable.

Important Notice

For the safety, security, and comfort of all guests and neighbouring residents, the management reserves the right to refuse admission, cancel a booking, restrict access to any amenity, or terminate a guest’s stay without liability or refund in the event of any violation of these House Rules.

Twilight Villa shall not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings, accidents, injuries, or unforeseen events occurring during a guest’s stay, except where required by applicable law.
