By confirming your booking and staying at Twilight Villa, you agree to comply with these house rules and property policies.
Property Information
- The villa is located in gated community which is a peaceful residential area and is best suited for families and groups seeking a relaxing getaway.
- The villa has a built-up area of approximately 1,900 sq. ft. and features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each measuring approximately 11.5 ft × 11.5 ft.
- The private swimming pool measures 18 ft × 12 ft.
- Please note that the listing photographs are captured using a wide-angle lens to showcase the complete space. Actual dimensions are as specified above.
- The living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.
- The property is surrounded by nature, and occasional insects or mosquitoes may be present, especially during the monsoon season.
- A caretaker is available between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM to assist guests during their stay.
- A fully equipped kitchen is available for guests who wish to prepare their own meals.
- Cook/chef services are not available. Guests may also order food from nearby restaurants, and the caretaker can assist with coordinating deliveries.
- A barbecue setup is available on request at an additional charge for self-grilling only. Cooking assistance is not provided.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available; however, internet speeds may vary depending on network coverage and weather conditions.
- Complimentary parking is available for up to 2–3 private vehicles within the property premises.
- In case of a power outage, generator backup is available. Air conditioners and other high-power appliances may not operate on generator power. Additional charges may apply for extended generator usage.
Pool & Outdoor Guidelines
- Pool timings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- No loud music outdoors. Soft music is permitted until 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, music may only be played indoors at a low volume.
- Drinking or eating inside or around the pool is not permitted.
- No DJs or large sound systems are allowed on the premises.
- Rowdy or disruptive behaviour may result in the management denying continued use of the property.
Pet Rules
We welcome your furry companions with open arms! However, to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please adhere to the following pet policies:
- Pool & Water Bodies: Pets are strictly not allowed in the pool or any water body.
- Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for scooping their pet’s poop—our caretakers will not handle this.
- Hygiene: Please wipe off mud and dirt from your pet before entering the villa.
- Feeding: Kindly feed your pets yourself, as our caretakers will not be responsible for this.
- Dining Rules: Avoid feeding pets on carpets, rugs, or linens to maintain cleanliness.
- Furniture & Property Care: Guests must ensure that pets do not damage or scratch furniture or walls.
Important Notice:
Failure to comply with the above policies may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit.
